LedgerDocs, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) online document management and file storage solutions for bookkeepers and accountants has announced a partnership with Fujitsu, the market leader in document imaging scanners and the creators of Fujitsu ScanSnap Cloud. Fujitsu’s newly released ScanSnap Cloud offers customers the ability to streamline their workflow by delivering scanned data directly to their favorite cloud service, including LedgerDocs, without the need for a computer.
Fujitsu’s partnership with LedgerDocs enables LedgerDocs users to eliminate the historic multi-step process of scanning and saving important information to the desktop of their computer and transferring in into an application. With ScanSnap Cloud, users can now send their financial documents directly to LedgerDocs from their ScanSnap iX500 or iX100 scanners, without ever having to log into their computer.
“We are delighted to have been a part of Fujitsu’s cloud-based product line” stated LedgerDocs CEO and Founder, Wayne Zielke. “One of the most difficult parts of the bookkeeping and accounting process is receiving and finding documents – this integration makes sharing files between the business owner and their bookkeeper even easier.”
ScanSnap Cloud is now available for all new and current ScanSnap iX Series customers in Japan and North America, and offers the ability for users to send their documents to today’s most popular cloud-based services, including Dropbox, Evernote, Expensify, Google, OneDrive, and LedgerDocs. Customers can download ScanSnap Cloud for free via www.ScanSnapCloud.com, while also signing up for a free 14 day trial of LedgerDocs at www.LedgerDocs.com.
“We are constantly developing new ways to increase the value, functionality and simplicity of the ScanSnap product line and effectively increase our customers work/life productivity,” said Scott Francis, senior VP of product management, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. “Combining the ease-of-use of ScanSnap scanners with ScanSnap Cloud’s seamless integration to a variety of popular cloud services further validates our commitment to providing the industry’s most comprehensive scanning solutions.”
